Can I choose a default, preferred safe location at my delivery address?

Yes, you can. You can choose from some popular options including front porch, storage box, shed or you can tell us your preferred safe place by selecting the 'other' option.

Download the Yodel Parcel Tracker app and you can do all of this too, plus you will be able to share a photo of your safe place with your driver!
