Xpect returns
Designed with the satisfaction of both businesses and customers in mind, Xpect Returns also comes with email, SMS and/ or push notifications as standard, so you can keep an eye on your products throughout their journey. Once the parcel is collected, we'll aim to return your customer’s parcel within 72 hours of the collection booking.
Xpect Returns is fully tracked, with both retailers and customers able to track the parcel's full journey.
