What does a Yodel Store look like?
Well, Yodel Store services can be found in lots of different locations, and there is always a Yodel Store nearby! Often, Yodel Stores won’t have obvious Yodel branding, and they will be part of an existing store or location. You can access Yodel Store services, for example, in the following places:
Independent stores
Convenience stores
Fuel stations
Major supermarkets

What time are Yodel Stores open?
Yodel Stores are often open late and even on weekends, that includes Sunday too! Once you’ve decided on the store you’d like to visit to use our parcel services, just take a look at the store opening times.
What services can I access in a Yodel Store?
There are three main dedicated parcel services you can use at a Yodel Store including:
Deliver to Yodel Store (Click & Collect): If you want a parcel delivered to a Yodel Store instead of your home or work address, just select the Deliver to Yodel Store (Click & Collect) option at your selected retailer’s checkout. This means that you can have your order delivered to any Yodel Store location you choose, and our friendly neighbourhood driver will deliver it to a store, where you can collect it at a time that suits you.
Please note: We hold parcels for ten days before returning to the retailer.
Return to Yodel Store (Returns): To return a parcel, just start the process here, and once you’re happy with everything, head to your local Yodel Store with your returns barcode and ID, and the storekeeper will print a label for you for free.
Yodel Direct (Send a parcel): You can send a parcel through the Yodel Direct service, which is available at all Yodel Stores. Purchase a label online, and the storekeeper will print it for free. Learn more about sending parcels here.
