How long will my return take?

That depends on your sender

There are two different ways of returning parcels through Yodel. You will need to check with your retailer if you can return via our home collection service or click here to see if you can return via a Yodel Store.

The return of your parcel via your local Yodel store should take no more than a couple of days, but can take a little bit longer during busier periods. Your retailer will have their own process in place for replacements and refunds. You can track your return on our tracking page. Once your parcel has been returned, you may need to speak to the retailer to understand their timescales.
