    When you create a My Account on our website you can track your parcels all in one place. If you’ve downloaded our Mobile App, you can also access your Return to Yodel and Deliver to Yodel parcel information, perfect for when you’re on the go.

    If you have forgotten your tracking reference for any parcel you can check through all your parcels and see their status at a quick glance.

    I’ve forgotten my Yodel account password – how do I reset it?

    Simply go to the Sign In page on our website and click on ‘forgotten your password’, we will need the email address you signed up with to send you the link to reset your password. You will then be able to access your account using your new password.

    How do I get a VAT receipt?

    VAT details are included at the bottom of the email we send you with any purchased Return to Yodel Store label. You can also request a copy by clicking the send VAT Receipt button in your Yodel account. We will send you an e-mail for your records.
