I went to collect my parcel, but was told it was never delivered to the store

Firstly, check the tracking status of your Deliver to Yodel Store parcel to ensure that the parcel has arrived in store. You can do this on the Yodel Parcel Tracker app, or on our website tracking page.

If you have not yet received your parcel collection code, your parcel may not yet be ready for you to collect. You will receive your collection barcode via email or text.

If your query relates to a Vinted parcel, and you are an iOS user, you may have automatically signed up for Vinted with your Apple ID. Please ensure that you have checked your Apple ID email, as your collection code may have been sent to this email.
