Our contact centre is busier than usual due to a higher-than-normal number of parcels in our network. Please allow a couple of extra days for your deliveries and get support via our help centre. You can continue to track your parcels here or in the Yodel App.

How do I get the collection code to collect my parcel?

You will need your collection code to obtain your parcel, it acts as a form of security and the storekeeper can only hand a parcel to you by scanning the parcel label and using this code.

To get your collection code, the parcel must have been delivered to the Yodel Store and you must use the email address used to make your order with the retailer, please place this in the box below:

How will my collection code be sent to me?

You will receive an email and/ or SMS to notify you when your parcel is in store. Please look out for emails and SMS from Yodel.

When you order goods from an online retailer they will share your email and/or mobile number with us; once your parcel is delivered to the Yodel Store we will automatically send you your collection code, by text message or email. The collection code is a 7 character reference, and also a barcode for the store to scan. Don't worry, the store can use either to release your parcel.

If you accidentally delete this, you can access it again by using either the box above or when you have created an account on our website, you will then see all your parcels on the tracking page (on the right hand side) which will allow you to access your collection code. Please remember, these will only be available once the the parcel has been delivered to store.

When you create an account on our website you can buy parcel labels and track your parcels all in one place. If you’ve downloaded our app. You can also access your Yodel account when you’re on the go.

If you have forgotten your tracking reference for any parcel, you can check through your orders and click the tracking references to check the status of each parcel.
