How do I send a parcel through Yodel?

Yodel Direct is Yodel’s ad-hoc parcel delivery service giving you and your recipient the ultimate convenience when it comes to sending and receiving a parcel. Via Yodel Direct, you can create your own account in a few easy steps and start sending parcels straight away via your local Yodel Direct store.

Yodel Direct offers three services to send parcels within mainland UK. Through our Store to Door service, we cover every postcode in mainland UK. We also offer a Store to Store service allowing your recipient to collect their parcel from a local store at a time that suits them. Plus, we recently introduced our Door to Door service, allow you to have your parcel collected from your address and delivered directly to your recipient's address.

All of our stores are open 7 days a week, early ‘til late meaning the Yodel Direct service works around you.
