We recently caught up with Jessica, for a quick Q&A about their recent successes and what's coming up next.

UK independent parcel carrier Yodel has announced that it is creating over 2,000 seasonal roles in a mix of functions in the business as it prepares for what is expected to be a busy peak season for the industry. Roles are available across Yodel’s 50 locations nationwide.

Here at Yodel, we’re aware that some customers need additional support, so we have trained & supported the team at Webhelp to provide additional help & assistance to vulnerable customers during their delivery experience. Through our Live Chat & voice services, our team have implemented a process that enables agents to identify individuals who may require extra assistance.

After 30 years working in the Telecommunications Sector, Helen Marshall joined us eight years ago and is now our Chief Information Officer. Helen's remit was to deliver IT transformation change for colleagues, customers and clients.
