Yodel announces appointment of new HSEQ director
UK independent parcel carrier Yodel has appointed Reece Cherry as its new Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
Reece brings extensive knowledge and experience of health and safety risk management to his new role, having worked in the sector for more than 15 years across a range of industries including farming, logistics, and food and drink manufacturing. Most recently, Reece lead the Health, Safety and Environment functions across the EMEA region and prior to this, Global operation for Kraft Heinz.
Health and safety is paramount at Yodel and the business continually works to create the safest working environment possible for its colleagues across its 50 heavily operational sites in the UK. From maintaining safe systems of work, to rolling out training courses and, most recently, creating a safety gate system in partnership with Cartwright, Yodel strives towards a zero-accident culture.
