What ID should I have with me when collecting my parcel?
If you have chosen to have your parcel delivered to a Yodel Store, you will need to bring the notification from Yodel (by email and or SMS) that your parcel has been delivered into the store. You should also bring at least one of the following forms of ID:
driving license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, passport, cheque book.
The ID must have the same first and surname as that used to make the order with the online retailer.
If you are collecting from your local depot you will need to bring the calling card that has been left at your address or your confirmation email that you have received if you have selected to collect your parcel from depot in the Manage My Parcel section.
If a friend or family member is collecting on your behalf they too will need a form of your ID and this should not be a photocopy, and they will also need you to send on the collection code to them.
