The Yodel app lets customers keep track of all of their Yodel deliveries and collections in one place and has the same functionality as the Yodel website, whilst fitting into customers' pockets and lifestyles.
The app allows customers to:
Receive a two-hour delivery window for every Yodel delivery
Track their parcel's journey right through to delivery
Follow their parcel's journey on the day of delivery on our driver tracking map
See how many deliveries are before their own using our parcel countdown feature
Call or text their courier with their courier's mobile number shown
Receive push notifications from when their parcel is out for delivery right through to it being delivered, including a notification so a customer can update their delivery preferences
Contact us – customers can chat online to our customer service team who are here to help with any delivery queries they may have
Manage their parcel - customers can now amend their delivery preferences right up to their delivery through Yodel's Inflight service enhancement
It's very convenient having the app, as it means I can track were my parcels are & it also tells me how many people are before me so I know how long it's going to be. Very handy!!
